- Comprehensive design review and pricing for your project
- Initial selection meeting and introduction to CoConstruct program. Construction usually begins at this point.
- Detailed selection meetings
- Onsite framing and electrical walkthroughs
- Minimum monthly onsite walkthrough
- Final punch list items prior to closing
- Closing on your new dream home
